Deze cache is opgedragen aan T.Schuilenga uit Surhuisterveen die door de Duitse bezetter tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog werd vermoord.
In dit kleine bosgebied rond de Drents-Friese grens hebben we een cache verborgen die via een korte maar zeer afwisselende wandelroute te vinden is. Honden zijn, mits aangelijnd, welkom. De doorgaans uitstekend begaanbare route is geschikt voor het hele gezin en kan in een uurtje worden afgelegd.
De cache is verstopt op N53 00.uvw E6 19.xyz
De waarden van u tot en met z worden onderweg bepaald.
START: de parkeerplaats
Parkeer de auto op de parkeerplaats bij waypoint:
N53 00.765
E6 19.194
1. Ga naar waypoint N53 00.737 E6 19.061
en zoek daar naar een briefje met het eerstvolgende coördinaat.
Noteer tevens de hier aangegeven waarde van eindcoördinaat u.
2. Ga naar het zojuist bij 1. ontdekte waypoint en zoek naar een mini-container, waarin zich verdere aanwijzingen bevinden. (zie spoilerfoto's voor de plaats waar de mini-container verstopt is)
Noteer het volgende waypoint alsmede de hier aangegeven waarde van eindcoördinaat v.

3. Ga naar het zojuist bij 2. ontdekte waypoint en zoek naar een briefje met het eerstvolgende coördinaat. Noteer tevens de hier aangegeven waarde van eindcoördinaat w.
4. Ga naar het zojuist bij 3. ontdekte waypoint en zoek naar een briefje met het eerstvolgende coördinaat. Noteer tevens de hier aangegeven waarde van eindcoördinaat x.
5a. Ga naar het zojuist bij 4. ontdekte waypoint en noteer de datum als d-mm-jjjj.
Het cijfer van de dag (de 'd' in d-mm-jjjj) is de waarde van eindcoördinaat y.
5b. Zoek in de onmiddellijke omgeving naar een briefje met het eerstvolgende coördinaat.

6. Ga naar het zojuist bij 5b gevonden waypoint en zoek in de omgeving naar het laatste briefje met een aanwijzing die leidt naar de cache.
Nu heeft u de zes waarden van uvw & xyz bepaald en kunt u de cache gaan zoeken op

This cache is dedicated to T. Schuilenga from Surhuisterveen who was murdered by occupation troops during the Second World War.
In this small forestarea around the borders of the counties of Friesland and Drenthe we've hidden a cache which is accessible through a short but very varied walk. Dogs on a leash are allowed. The walk is usually very passable and can be fun for all ages. The final stash can be found after a 60-minute walk.
The cache is hidden at N53 00.uvw E6 19.xyz
The values of u through z are determinable along the way.
START: the parking area
Please park your car at the parking area at waypoint:

1. Find a note with the next waypoint at
N53 00.737
E6 19.061
Also make a note of the stated value of u.
2. Go to the previously discovered (#1) waypoint and search for a mini-container, which contains further clues. (see spoilerpicture for the location of this mini-cache)
Make a note of of the stated value of v and of the next waypoint as well.
3. Go to the previously discovered (#2) waypoint and search for a note mentioning the next waypoint. Also make a note of the stated value of w.
4. Go to the previously discovered (#3) waypoint and search for a note mentioning the next waypoint. Also make a note of the stated value of x.
5a. Go to the previously discovered (#4) waypoint and write down the date as d-mm-yyyy.
The value of the number 'd' (the day) in this date is the value for the final waypoint y.
5b. Search for a note with the next waypoint in the close proximity.

6. Go to the previously discovered (#5b) waypoint and search the vicinity for the final note containing the final clue which wil lead you to the cache.
